Aim: A social ride for riders who have a reasonable level of fitness, able to be moderately consistent over any hills encountered. It offers a stepping stone to the Intermediate Ride for riders who are increasing their fitness and riding experience and want to ride a bit further and a consistent pace.

Ability: 25-30 miles in 2 hours.
​
Pace: Average 13-15 mph over distances of 25 to 30 miles.
​
Notes: As you grow in fitness and experience, riders are expected to contribute to the effort by taking some turns on the front rather than leave it all to the Ride Leader and the more experienced participants. Routes may have some hills but will regroup, as no one will be left behind. As with all groups, the ride has a Café finish planned.
