In the absence of Mitch, Dave welcomed everyone to the meeting.

7). Racing Secretary Rachel.
Rachel said that everything is going fine with the TT’s. The next TT is the interclub in conjunction with North Hampshire Road Club.
Rachel also reported that she has been approached by South DC to host an open TT in May 2026. This could possibly be on the old hard riders course.
The Hill Climb will be the last event on the AW racing calendar this year and could be different from previous years in that there could be two hills, not one (still to be decided).
The normal meetup and ride out will go ahead. A charge to enter will only be to cover the CTT levies.
8). Membership Secretary and Sat Club Rides. Rupert.

9). Clothing Officer. Neil.
Nothing reported, although Max said he had spoken to Neil and one item of clothing had been sold.

11). Communication Officer/Website Editor. Billy.
Billy is continuing to send out weekly emails to members to let them know what is happening within the club. There are currently 7 members who have joined the ride leaders WhatsApp group. Billy said that he had been out on the last three Saturday morning social rides and said they were quite enjoyable with 6 or 8 riders.
12). Summer Social Event Report.
A good time was had by all, with about 30 people attending.
13). Autumn Tour.
Simon will organise this and further details will be announced.
14). Club Dinner and Christmas Social.
This year’s Christmas Dinner was discussed. A venue in Andover is to be approached with along with a guest speaker. Possible dates 15th or the 22nd November 2025. The Christmas social will be combined with the 50 in 3 ending at New Street Football Club with drinks and hot food (TBC).

1Max said the first Sunday Winter Club Run this year will be on the 26th Oct 2025.
